ANS are delighted to be recruiting into a number of senior positions at various locations.</p> <p>Crucial to the achievement of goals and expansion plans is the development of ATM within the organisation.&nbsp; ANS is looking for an individual to take the lead in managing, directing and coordinating ATM development at airports where ANS is the ANSP. In addition to this they will develop a general strategic ATM concept to provide market leading innovation and services.&nbsp; The job holder will also provide ATM input to airport projects and commercial bids, developing and delivering the requirements of existing contracts at the airport.</p> <p>We are seeking an individual highly capable in identifying the requirements appropriate to overall strategic service development initiatives and delivering solutions that will develop and advance the air traffic service.&nbsp; They will work directly with the airport operator to deliver contract requirements, including tender evaluation, evaluation of potential equipment suppliers and potential process improvements will be undertaken, analysed and assessed.</p> <p>Candidates will have broad ATM experience, likely gained in an ATM support or operational ATC role.&nbsp; They will need a thorough ATM systems knowledge and an understanding of process development, safety cases and hazard analysis.&nbsp; Candidates should be analytical, problem-solvers and open-minded.&nbsp; The ability to always see the bigger picture is essential, as is a capability to focus on the customer’s requirements.</p> <p>Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK</p> <p><strong>To apply for any of these roles, please send your CV and covering letter to Geraint Williams, HR Consultant by clicking on the 'Apply' button</strong><strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;by 31^st August 2016.</strong></p>
