About this role
<p><strong>Manager, Security<br /> Reference Number: </strong>HKC/QSS/MS<br /> <strong>Department: </strong>Corporate Quality, Safety & Security</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop, implement and maintain the HKACC Security Management Program;</li> <li>Develop and maintain Security documentation as well as control associated documents and records;</li> <li>Ensure compliance with the aviation security requirements;</li> <li>Conduct training in initial and recurrent Aviation Security;</li> <li>Conduct audits and inspections associated with the Security Management Program;</li> <li>Address required corrective and preventative actions associated with the Security Management Program;</li> <li>Participate in the HKACC Safety Action Group;</li> <li>Liaise with HKCAD on matters relating to Aviation Security;</li> <li>Undertake projects at the direction of GM QSS;</li> <li>Provide security training for flight crew and frontline staff, monitor adherence to meet AOC CAD 360 requirement and HKASP;</li> <li>Serve as point of contact for security matters and issues;</li> <li>Responds to security and emergency situations; and</li> <li>Travel overseas as required.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Minimum Requirements </strong></p> <ul> <li>Attended and successfully completed a course on management of aviation security or airport/airline/cargo security operations or equivalent by ICAO/IATA or other relevant organization;</li> <li>Enough security knowledge in the SeMS, Security Risk Assessment, Security Training and audit.</li> <li>A broad knowledge and management skill in the airline industry.</li> <li>Have attended and successfully completed a course in auditing.</li> <li>A relevant training in instructional techniques.</li> <li>Experience in performing aviation security duties; or Service in Police, Immigration or Customs & Excise Department engaging in aviation security related work;</li> <li>Good understanding/ knowledge including the latest development of the relevant training subject.</li> <li>At least 5 years’ experience in aviation security or discipline services.</li> </ul> <p><strong>To apply, please click on the 'Apply' button.</strong></p>
