About this role

<p>Our prestigious client has an excellent opportunity for a Reliability &amp; Programmes Engineer. This position is for 6 months and is possibly extendable.</p> <p>As a Reliability &amp; Programmes Engineer will need to drive improvements in the fleet safety and reliability through the effective monitoring of defect analysis, Technical Dispatch Reliability and development of the maintenance programme.</p> <p>You will be responsible for:</p> <ul> <li>Effective monitoring and analysis of repetitive defects to make recommendations to Line Maintenance with respect to effective rectification;&nbsp;</li> <li>Production of workscopes to complete remedial action and management of workscopes through to closure;&nbsp;</li> <li>Establishment and management of the Fleet Reliability Programme, including the production and analysis of all associated statistical information;&nbsp;</li> <li>Set and monitor the alert levels required to ensure an effective reliability programme;&nbsp;</li> <li>Liaison with aircraft and component manufacturers regarding reliability and product improvements;&nbsp;</li> <li>Establishment and development of the Approved Maintenance Programme through incorporation of regulatory requirements, manufacturer’s recommendations and reliability analysis;&nbsp;</li> <li>Liaise with the regulatory authority regarding maintenance programme development;&nbsp;</li> <li>Management of warranty claims with OEMs;&nbsp;</li> <li>Act as on-site technical representative for base maintenance inputs where required;&nbsp;</li> <li>Any other ad-hoc project work&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> </ul>
