<p><strong>Airport Manager - Airport Control Centre<br /> Permanent appointment</strong></p> <p>The role of an Airport Manager is dynamic and fast paced. Acting at the 24/7 focus point for all operational decisions requires an individual with confidence and airport experience.</p> <p>The airport has seen enormous growth over the last few years and we are currently welcoming 11 million passengers a year through our terminal. As the operational lead we are seeking an individual who has the ability to make informed decisions in critical operational matters and have customer service at the forefront of their mind.</p> <p>Operating from the Airport Control Centre the Airport Manager leads a team who are continuously striving to deliver, and improve operational performance. The strategic intent of the ACC is to be a ‘performance hub’, and it is a fundamental part of the future development for both the Operations Division, and the Airport as a whole.</p> <p>To that end, the ACC must continually evolve and ask what can be done to improve the leadership and management of the operation to maintain compliance, and to deliver the highest possible level of customer service. The ACC uses technology and innovation to support and co-ordinate and has a clear focus on actively involving and developing the ACC team.</p> <p>To drive the ACC’s evolution as a dynamic performance hub, providing quality information to the Executive Management Team.</p> <p>This role will deliver significant operational benefits.</p> <p><strong>About the Person:</strong></p> <p>Systems and process training will be provided.
