<p>Zenon Aviation Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a fast-growing Private Jet Charter & Management company which is currently in a period of rapid expansion. They are looking for a skilled Client Relations Officer to join their growing company. <br /> <br /> As mentioned our client is looking for a Client Relations Officer to work closely with the Sales Team to deliver an outstanding luxury service to a number of VVIP, high profile individuals and organisations. They offer Private Jet Charter services, Jet Management services and they have a maintenance facility on-site to ensure that customer expectations are met and exceeded.<br /> <br /> Responsibilities will include; <br /> <br /> • Delivering exceptional customer service to VVIP, high profile clients, ensuring complete customer satisfaction<br /> • Liaising and coordinating with the relevant internal departments to organize logistics to meet client requirements<br /> • Developing and nurturing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and an outstanding luxury customer experience<br /> • Assisting with administration and inputting post-flight data as required<br /> • Assisting with marketing through the company social media including LinkedIn, to ensure that accounts are kept current in regards to events and other relevant updates<br /> <br /> You must have the following skills to be considered for the role;<br /> <br /> • Outstanding customer service skills<br /> • Excellent IT skills <br /> • Ability to communicate at a high level with high net worth individuals and other VVIP clients<br /> • Strong negotiation skills, and the ability to efficiently prioritise time<br /> • Ability to work under pressure to a high standard<br /> <br /> If you have previous experience in a similar VIP environment, and would like to apply for the position, please send through your CV to us in confidence or call our office. <br /> <br /> Zenon Recruitment Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in regards to this vacancy.</p>
