<p>CAE Parc Aviation are recruiting for the role of <strong>Quality Manager</strong> for our client, an <strong>MRO facility based Shanghai, China. </strong></p><p><u><strong>Job Description:</strong></u></p><ul> <li>Manages employees and managers performing activities to ensure product quality, regulatory compliance, environmental, health and safety requirements are met including documentation compliance, site inspections, interfacing with regulatory agencies, corrective actions and assessing risks</li><li>Develops and executes integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals, and objectives.</li><li>Provides leadership, oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes</li><li>Ensure the quality system conforms to established company, government and international regulatory agency standards and guidelines.</li><li>Provides Boeing Shanghai with methods, techniques and approaches for implementing EHS requirements and standards.</li><li>Responsible for certification activities and liaison with the CAAC and foreign regulatory agencies - FAA,EASA, JCAB, etc. Focal person and coordination with China, U.S., and international customers and with all Regulatory Authorities</li><li>Acquires resources for department activities and leads process improvements.</li></ul> <p><u><strong>Preferred Job Skills:</strong></u></p><ul> <li>Skilled in advising subordinates supervisors or staff members to meet schedules or resolve technical or operational problems. Provide guidance and steering to multiple projects. Develops and administers budgets, schedules and performance standards</li><li>Exerts influence in the development of overall objectives and long term goals of the organization</li><li><strong>Extensive experience on Boeing Fleet Types</strong></li><li>Management experience in an Airlines or MRO quality department. Working knowledge of Safety Management System implementation preferred</li><li>Working experience with Regulator Authorities – CAAC, FAA, EASA, JCAB, in certification application and approval. </li><li>Knowledgeable in Airlines and MRO operations (China, Regional or international) is a plus</li><li>Bachelor degree, Mater degree is preferred and 15 years of professional aviation experience and above</li></ul> <p>Interested candidates that meet all of the above desired skills, please submit your Cv immediately.</p><p> </p>
