<p>CAE Parc are recruiting for the role of<strong> Head of Continuous Airworthiness Management Organization, </strong>on behalf of our<strong> European based Airline Client. </strong></p><p>Start Date: ASAP</p><p>Contract: Permanent</p><p>Location: Poland</p><p>Salary: Negotiable, with attractive benefits</p><p><u><strong>Job Role:</strong></u></p><ul> <li>Managing and supervising aircraft continuous airworthiness activities on the highest standards;</li><li>Planning qualified manpower resources to perform all required continuous airworthiness activities taking into consideration constant company growth;</li><li>Supervising the local team – ensuring that all members understand the team’s objectives and work together to achieve it;</li><li>Authorizing and publishing all company manuals concerning the CAMO department, determining all technical standards, procedures and practices and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations;</li><li>Liaising with aviation regulatory authorities, aircraft original equipment manufacturers (OEM), and other operationally relevant entities.</li></ul> <p><u><strong>Skills/Requirements:</strong></u></p><ul> <li>Have a valid aircraft maintenance license Part 66 Cat. C/B1 or C/B2 or equivalent license, or relevant university degree in aeronautic engineering;</li><li>Have at least 5 years of professional experience in a managerial position in an engineering environment or a continuous airworthiness management organization;</li><li>Having working experience as a B1 or B2 licensed engineer on aircraft will be an additional benefit;</li><li>Have Airbus A320/A321 system knowledge;</li><li>Have knowledge of national and international legal requirements regarding aircraft maintenance, airworthiness and safe operations;</li><li>Have EU citizenship;</li><li>Speak fluent English, Polish speakingn also will be an additional advantage;</li><li>Be flexible, result-oriented, communicative, sociable and a team player;</li><li>Be proactive in finding areas for improvement.</li></ul> <p>If you would be <strong>interested in this role and hold the above skills and requirements, please email your Cv ASAP</strong></p>
