<p><strong>CAE Parc Aviation is currently assisting a key client with the recruitment of airport managers. </strong></p><p><br /><br /><strong>Role and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul> <li>Monitor ground handling agent performance according to company service level and standard;</li><li>Coordinate with local regulators and authorities on behalf of the company;</li><li>Maintain the highest standard and on-time performance with continuous improvement;</li><li>Ensure all Ground Operation activities including passenger and cargo services are adhere to the Company and regulatory policies and procedures;</li><li>Aim to achieve the highest level of Safety, Security and Quality according to the IATA and International standards and Aviation best practices;</li><li>Represent the Company in Airport Operation Committee;</li><li>Communicate closely with Headquarter Manager, Quality, Safety & Security, Local Aviation Security Authority and GHAs to ensure all safety and security requirements compliance;</li><li>Establish and review the procedure and process to comply regulatory requirement in safety and security perspective;</li><li>Produce and submit the Aircraft Operator Security Program (AOSP) and relevant required document to satisfy the Local Aviation Security Authority's requirement;</li><li>Coordinate with HQ and GHAs to ensure resources are available to implement safety and security policy and procedure;</li><li>Coordinate and represent for security audit as required by Headquarter or Local Aviation Security Authority;</li><li>Identify potential hazard, security threat and report to headquarter timely, carry out follow up action for risk mitigation;</li><li>Coordinate with GHAs to implement the enhanced security measures where required by Headquarter;</li><li>Coordinate and/or perform the security inspection where required by Headquarter;</li><li>Provide advice and support to Headquarter in relation to security events and emergency procedure;</li><li>Advise Headquarter timely if any changes in local aviation security and safety requirement;</li><li>Station in Fukuoka, Japan;</li><li>Shift duty is required.</li></ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul> <li>7 years' experience in aviation service, including 3 years in managerial position;</li><li>Knowledge of all aspects of Ground and Cargo Handling;</li><li>Knowledge of Aviation Safety and Security;</li><li>Basic knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel.</li></ul> <p><strong>Desirable Qualities:</strong></p><ul> <li>Excellent command of English;</li><li>Excellent command of Japanese;</li><li>Strong in determination and implementation;</li><li>Able to work under pressure.</li></ul>
