<p>Zenon are delighted to assist a successful based VIP Jet Hire and Charter organisation in their search for a Account Executive.<br /> <br /> Our client is looking for a personable team player who is highly motivated to succeed in a fast paced tech start up. Supporting the Account Managers, the successful candidate will be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer support to our growing base of partner operators.&nbsp;<br /> <br /> You will need to be adaptable, quick thinking and driven in making the on-boarding process as seamless as possible, coupled with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight time constraints.<br /> <br /> The responsibilities will include:<br /> <br /> • Support the existing Account Management team with product demos, client meetings and setting up new accounts<br /> • On-board new operators to the product, ensuring accurate aircraft performance settings, pricing information and imagery<br /> • Engage with existing and new customers to forge strong, long term relationships via telephone, email and face-to-face<br /> • Manage and support a number of charter operator accounts. This includes coordinating third party integrations and liaising with internal and external parties as necessary<br /> • Taking on extra projects as required, supporting external and internal parties as necessary - these can vary from software testing through to researching aviation legislation<br /> <br /> Person Specifications:<br /> <br /> • Keen interest in and experience/knowledge of business aviation, ideally within a charter/FBO capacity<br /> • Exceptional delivery of customer and service<br /> • Excellent delivery of customer support and service<br /> • Excellent level of English both written and orally<br /> • Detail orientated and tech savvy<br /> • A strong desire to develop further industry knowledge and experience<br /> • Experience of building professional B2B networks an advantage<br /> • Additional languages are a bonus but not a necessity<br /> <br /> Should you be interested in applying for this position, please send your CV and Covering Letter to Ashley.Ewen@zenon.aero.
