<p>As preferred supplier to the majority of Swiss-based Aerospace OEMs, MROs, Private Operations, Airlines and users of specialist Technical Resources, Resource Consulting AG has carved its place as a supply partner that truly adds value to its clients operations. </p> <p><br /> Our dynamic and multi skilled team operates from Zug in central Switzerland and offers a range of Executive Search, Permanent and Contract recruitment solutions, together with Payroll, HR Consultancy and Aircraft Services, we are a one-stop-shop for the recruitment and consultancy requirements of our customers.</p> <p>Due to the success and continued expansion of RCAG we are seeking to recruit a Recruitment Consultant with a primary focus on executive level recruitment and headhunting.</p> <p>This is a 360 degree recruitment position and the successful candidate will be expected to take ownership of their clients, from initial approach, contract negotiation and implementation through to quality assurance and customer care following placements.</p> <p><br /> Because of this, we are looking for individuals who are driven and passionate about delivering above and beyond what is expected as industry standard. </p> <p>Candidates should have superb written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable consulting with customers in depth, really discovering what the need is and delivering the right solution.
