Supervisor Planning Coordinator

<p>&nbsp;</p> &nbsp; <p>CAE Parc Aviation are accepting applications for the role of&nbsp;<strong>Supervision Coordinator</strong>&nbsp;for our client airline based in<strong>&nbsp;Germany.</strong></p><p>Contract: 6 Month Contract</p><p>Competitive Salary on Offer</p><p>Based: Germany</p><p><strong><u>Job Description:</u></strong></p><p>The main task will be to monitor, repair and optimize every line training program for the cockpit crew within the published roster, according to European and internal flight time limitation rules.</p><p><br />The fleet consists of three aircraft types and the operations cover three certificated airlines.The pilots are based in more than ten airports.</p><p><br />In addition to this main task, the candidate will also be expected to daily monitor:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><ul> <li>yearly line checks&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>destination checks and instructions&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>right hand seat instructions;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>relief pilot instructions;</li><li>trainers' instructions.</li></ul> <p><strong><u>Essential Skills &amp; Requirements:</u></strong></p><ul> <li>Advanced "windows" literacy, with use of shortcuts.</li><li>Ability to set priorities</li><li>High stress resistence</li><li>previous staff scheduling experience</li><li>EASA flight time limitation knowledge</li><li>Previous experience with an airline management software like AIMS;</li><li>German language skills;</li><li>High determination;</li><li>Italian language skills beneficial but not essential</li></ul> <p>Interested candidates that meet all the above required skills and experience, please submit your CV immediately.</p>
