In this role you will be responsible for the development and implementation of the Service Delivery Strategy. You will lead a large, multidisciplinary team in a multicultural environment to create an innovative, efficient and cost-effective operating model.<br /> <br /> Responsibilities include developing the overall in-flight service standards in line with company strategies, managing crew performance, training and development, introducing digital and administration tools to manage cabin crew, services and passengers.<br /> <br /> You will need:</p> <ul> <li>A minimum of 15 years' experience in the in-flight services department, of which 10 years should have been at a managerial level.</li> <li>A passion for service excellence, you will be able to manage a dynamic business unit and a large, remote multinational workforce.</li> <li>A Post Graduate Diploma with executive level expertise in customer experience, business finance, project management and change management.</li> </ul> <p> For further information on the role, please call Amanda Wright on +971 4 7084815.</p> <p><strong>Apply online with your CV directly to Amanda by clicking on the 'Apply' button</strong></p>
