About this role
<p>Job description and tasks:</p> <ul> <li>Manufacture and assembly of rivet joints and assemblies on structural components according to building documentation, production instructions and drawings</li> <li>Manufacture of components according to valid aviation standards</li> <li>Making preparations, among others. Orders and drawings, as well as sorting, upgrading components and building site, checking and providing the production equipment</li> <li>Positioning and fixing of components</li> <li>Implementation and documentation of the assembly of components and assemblies<br /> Implementation of surface protection (rivet head application, preservation of seal seams)</li> </ul> <p>Conditions:</p> <ul> <li>At least as an aircraft mechanic (manufacturing engineering), Flight mechanic (maintenance engineering) or as an aircraft builder</li> <li>Applicants with a metalworking vocational training program need at least one recognized retraining measure for the aircraft mechanic</li> <li>At least 2 years of professional experience in manufacture / production and 1 year in structural assembly</li> <li>The willingness for shift work in 3 shift operation</li> <li>Very good knowledge in Englisch is assumed and good knowledge in German is required</li> </ul> <p>Aufgabenprofil:</p> <ul> <li>Herstellung und Montage von Nietverbindungen und Baugruppen an Strukturbauteilen nach Bauunterlagen, Fertigungsanweisungen und Zeichnungen</li> <li>Anfertigen von Bauteilen entsprechend den gültigen Luftfahrtnormen</li> <li>Treffen von Vorbereitungen, u.a. Aufträge und Zeichnungen sichten sowie sortieren, Bauteile und Bauplatz aufrüsten, Fertigungsmittel prüfen und bereitstellen</li> <li>Positionieren und fixieren von Bauteilen</li> <li>Durchführung und Dokumentation der Montage von Bauteilen und Baugruppen</li> <li>Durchführung von Oberflächenschutz (Nietkopfapplikation, konservieren von Sealnähten)</li> </ul> <p>Anforderungsprofil:</p> <ul> <li>Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Fluggerätmechaniker/in FR Fertigungstechnik, Fluggerätmechaniker/in FR Instandhaltungstechnik oder als Flugzeugbauer/in</li> <li>Bewerber/-innen mit einer metallverarbeitenden Berufsausbildung benötigen mindestens eine anerkannte Umschulungsmaßnahme zum Fluggerätemechaniker</li> <li>Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Fertigung / Produktion und 1 Jahr in der Strukturmontage</li> <li>Über längere Zeit konzentriert und selbstständig an einer Aufgabe arbeiten zu können</li> <li>Qualitätsorientierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise</li> <li>Die Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit im 3 Schichtbetrieb + ggf. Mehrarbeit</li> <li>Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch sowie in Englisch</li> </ul>
