<p><strong>CAMO/Technical Director</strong></p><p><strong>Permanent, Location: Berlin</strong></p><p><strong>Amazing opportunity to be a part of something NEW and put your footprint on an Airline based in Germany.</strong></p><p><strong>My client is a leading modern carrier at the forefront of innovation and technology with a forward thinking, progressive attitude to the industry.</strong></p><p><strong>CAE Parc Aviation have been exclusively appointed to recruit a Technical Director.</strong></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul> <li>Establishment and management of the department, management and supervision in accordance with EASA Part OPS and Part 145 / Part M / CAR 145, of a continuing airworthiness policy</li><li>Liaison with the public authorities</li><li>Planning, compliance and performance of the maintenance system for both internal and external services</li><li>Work planning and technical follow-up, including for modifications and repairs</li><li>Management of and response to Airworthiness Directives (AD), Service Bulletins (SB), Service Letters (SL)</li><li>Reporting of occurrences of maintenance nature to the authorities and manufacturers</li><li>Responsibility for contracted third party organizations</li><li>Support of the quality control in the department</li><li>Support of the Safety Management System in the department</li><li>Responsibility for department-related security relevant processes</li><li>Contract management with external suppliers</li><li>Documentation management of the department</li><li>Personnel management of the department</li><li>Attendance and co-operation in the planning- and management-board, budgeting</li><li>Responsibility for the development, organization and management of department-related project schedules and documentations <p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience:</strong></p></li></ul> <ul> <li>Technical degree or degree as aviation technician (part-66 Cat B) with further complementing training</li><li>At least five years' experience in a similar role and including 2 years of management experience in a MO or CAMO</li><li>Detailed and current knowledge of all field-related regulations, namely EU 216/2008, 748/2012, 2042/2003, 965/2012, 1321/2014</li><li>Knowledge in the quality management field</li><li>Current valid certificates of FTS, EWIS, HF</li><li>Fluent English language skills</li><li>Ability to speak German would be an advantage</li><li>Excellent MS-Office skills</li><li>Leadership skills, assertiveness</li><li>Stress resistance, reliability and accuracy</li></ul> <p>For a confidential discussion and to find out more forward a copy of your CV to dominika.malcher@cae.com</p>
