<p>CAE Parc Aviation are presently accepting applications for the role of Crew Fleet/Network Planning Manager on a permanent direct contract with our client airline based in Ireland.</p><p><strong>Duties & Responsibilities </strong></p><ul> <li>Reports to Head of Planning and Operational Delivery</li><li>Manage the crew rostering/planning team in Dublin in delivering the schedule and training requirement to maximise efficiency and stability in compliance with regulatory requirements.</li><li>Design and Implement efficient patterns per base on receipt of Schedule Changes</li><li>Analyse schedule changes and communicate hotel and transport requirements to ground ops and any third-party partners such as API</li><li>Provide current and future trend crew requirements taking account of lead in times</li><li>Provide or plan training on the crew planning module of RM for the planning team</li><li>Write and Maintain Procedures for the Dublin Planning Team</li><li>Maintain a thorough knowledge of Flight Time Limitations (FTL's) and planned changes</li><li>In conjunction with Flt Ops senior leadership team, present to the Staff Representative bodies rostering requirements when required</li><li>Regular reporting on Planned v Published</li><li>Deliver Crew Resource KPI's</li><li>Optimise efficient functionality use of RM & Portal within the Team</li><li>Work closely with the Crew Control Supervisor to ensure delivery of crew efficiency</li><li>In corporation with HR and in line with regulation ensure company rostering policy meets required standards</li><li>Other projects and tasks as assigned by the HPOD and GMFO</li></ul> <p><strong>Key Competencies/ Skills </strong></p><ul> <li>Proven track record in delivering Flight Crew rosters</li><li>A thorough working knowledge of rostering systems (Sabre RM is desirable)</li><li>Excellent time management skills</li><li>Understanding of Flight time limitations and training requirements</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Good working knowledge of computer applications</li><li>Excellent organisational skills</li><li>Ability to work in a demanding aviation environment currently undergoing rapid development.</li></ul>
