<p><strong>Training Coordinator</strong></p> <p>On behalf of our client, a well-established charter airline, we are looking for a <strong>Training Coordinator </strong>to join the business in Palma de Mallorca on a permanent basis.</p> <p>The successful candidate will join the Training Team to ensure that all flight crew as well as ground operations staff are trained in accordance with the requirements of government regulations.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Prepare specific training schedules and documentation for all staff including pilots, cabin crew and ground operations</li> <li>Ensure all training documentation is completed and electronically stored</li> <li>Create and update relevant training manuals</li> <li>Liaise directly with AESA and other National Aviation Authorities</li> <li>Retain a sound knowledge of regulatory requirements for all staff operations within the business</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications and Skills</strong></p> <ul> <li>Fluent in Spanish and English</li> <li>Previous experience working in aviation, ideally in a similar role within a training coordination capacity</li> <li>Knowledge of civil aviation regulations specific to Spain</li> <li>Excellent organisation skills with a proactive approach and great attention to detail</li> <li>A dynamic person who is able to work both independently and in a team</li> </ul> <p>If you are interested in this opportunity and are either located in Palma de Mallorca or are willing to relocate then please contact Emma Race at our Basingstoke office or complete an application today.</p> <p><strong>A little about us… </strong></p> <p>Resource Group is a recognised global leader and trusted provider of resourcing and recruitment services with operations worldwide.
