<p><strong>Divisional Senior Vice President Engineering</strong></p> <p>In this role you will be instrumental in establishing the direction of our multinational, multicultural and highly disciplined Emirates engineering departments. You will devise and execute the long-term strategy for the future growth and development of Emirates engineering by managing all strategic aspects of the business as well as day-to-day operations.</p> <p>Responsibilities include leading a team of over 5,000 staff to achieve, and exceed, the safety, operational, customer satisfaction and financial goals set by the company. This includes providing support to Emirates airline staff and third party customers in all aspects of engineering. You will ensure that all employees are motivated, committed, capable, and appropriately resourced to achieve their set performance objectives in line with the company’s values.</p> <p>You will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in the field of aircraft maintenance at a senior management level. This must include proven experience in commercial dealings pertaining to an engineering department of a reputed airline. You will be able to demonstrate detailed knowledge of testing, overhaul, repair and modification of modern aircraft engine systems and components.
