<p><strong>Head - Operational Strategy - Air Traffic Management / Airport Collaborative Decision Making</strong></p> <p>In this pivotal role, you’ll take responsibility for our whole operational strategy – ensuring enhanced airport efficiency and predictability, improved traffic flow, reduced delays and better information sharing at all levels. A key part of this will see you generating our new Airport Collaborative Decision Making Strategy – as well as developing an operational systems’ roadmap alongside our Business Technology and Customer Service Delivery teams.</p> <p><strong>Qualification &amp; Education</strong></p> <p>To be successful, you’ll need a master’s degree level qualification in Aviation Management or a similar discipline.</p> <p><strong>Experience</strong></p> <p>Alongside considerable experience in aviation management at a senior level, you’ll need to be confident overseeing complex multi-stakeholder initiatives and developing long-term strategic plans.</p> <p>You should also have:</p> <ul> <li>An in-depth knowledge of ATM and Airside Operations</li> <li>A comprehensive understanding of airport capacity and operational planning processes</li> <li>Strong commercial acumen</li> <li>An understanding of ACDM procedures and systems</li> <li>Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.</li> </ul> <p><strong>To apply, please click the 'Apply' button.</strong></p>
