<p>CAE Parc aviation are looking to appoint a <strong>Head of Maintenance Control Centre</strong> for an airline in Europe.</p><p>This individual will manage the daily technical operation process to ensure timely operation of the fleet.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul> <li>Lead and develop the Maintenance Control department</li><li>Oversee operational working procedures, communication and interface protocols between the various stakeholders</li><li>Setting rules for the Maintenance Controllers with regards to decision making on maintenance and fleet configuration</li><li>Analyze, adjust and/or improve processes/procedures and instructions to ensure optimum balanced fleet availability, punctuality and cost to realize the operation plan.</li><li>Optimize the functions of the Maintenance Control Team (Shop Floor Management).</li><li>Create reports tools to maintain the operational integrity of the fleet.</li><li>Prepare budget and manage cost of Maintenance Control by using LEAN tools</li><li>Ensure that all Maintenance Control activities are in compliance with EASA rulemaking</li><li>Train and develop staff members</li></ul> <p><strong>Skills and Experience:</strong></p><ul> <li>University degree within aviation or similar</li><li>Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position within Aviation</li><li>Experience working with the Airbus family will be beneficial</li><li>Knowledge of EASA Part M and Ops regulations.</li><li>Practical experience of business transformations and change management and LEAN Management tools</li><li>Practical experience of working with maintenance management systems.</li><li>Knowledge of operations management procedures (OMS) and continuing airworthiness management exposition (CAME).</li></ul> <p>Applicants must be eligible to live and work in the EU.</p><p>For a confidential discussion and to find out more forward a copy of your CV to anneke.silva@cae.com</p>
