We expertly match the skills and talents of aviation personnel worldwide with the specialised demands of a fast growing aviation industry</p><p>On behalf of our Client in Northern Ireland, one of the leading suppliers of electrically operated full-flat Business Class seats to the worlds leading airlines we are looking to hire a Aircraft Mechanical Engineering Maintenance Engineer for Cabin Interiors.</p><p><strong>Key tasks</strong>:</p><p>Working on the production lines the successful candidate will be responsible for:</p><ul> <li>Introduction and integration of best aviation practices within the current production lines</li><li>Training and coaching of the assembly line teams in the appropriate and approved aviation processes and skills for assembly, maintenance and repair of the seats</li><li>Identifying improved production processes and techniques to improve the build process and facilitate easier repair in the field</li></ul> <p><strong>Skills / Experience</strong></p><ul> <li>Extensive "on wing" mechanical and/ or aviation workshop experience, preferably with electrical business class seating</li><li>B1 License preferred but not essential</li><li>Good communication skills</li><li>Leadership or training experience would be an advantage</li></ul> <p>Please note: this is a contract role working office hours with a view to becoming permanent.
