New global trends and advances in technology mean we can, and must transform how we deliver air traffic control. Key to our transformation will be introducing new skills and procedures to ensure we continue providing our customers with exceptional safety, resiliency and efficiency.</p> <p><strong>Training, Quality and Standards Specialist</strong></p> <p>You'll work collaboratively with key internal stakeholders to design, develop and deliver bespoke training requirements for designated major operational service delivery (Air Traffic Services) projects.&nbsp; This will include carrying out training needs analysis, preparing operational training plans, and developing and delivering courseware in line with regulatory requirements.</p> <p><em>Got what it takes?</em></p> <ul> <li>Broad Experience as an Air Traffic Controller preferably Surveillance Approach control</li> <li>Extensive experience in instruction and assessment in air traffic services along with a background of success in delivering project to time, cost and quality measures</li> <li>Hold an Instructor rating</li> <li>Training Needs Analysis, training content and training development experience</li> <li>Excellent communication and presentation skills</li> </ul> <p><strong>If this exciting opportunity sounds like you, apply online today by clicking on the 'Apply' button<br /> <br /> Applications for this role will close on Wednesday 14 March 2018.</strong></p>
