<p>On behalf of our client, resource group is currently looking for the following profile :</p> <p><strong>Title:</strong> Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)</p> <p><strong>Location:</strong> France</p> <p><strong>Hiring Manager:</strong> Divisional CEOs</p> <p><strong>Career Level:</strong> Minimum 10-yrs Aerospace industry experience</p> <p><strong>Function:</strong> Customer on-site interface</p> <p><strong>Duration:</strong> Permanent contract</p> <p><strong>Start:</strong> As soon as possible</p> <p><strong>Language:</strong> French mandatory</p> <p> </p> <p><strong><u>Role Summary/Purpose:</u></strong></p> <p> </p> <p>The CRM is accountable for profitable business growth at their assigned customer(s) and broad company objectives in:</p> <ul> <li>Facilitation and management of complex personal and organizational relationships with specific strategic customers to the ultimate benefit of <em>the company</em></li> <li>Development and integration of processes and customer communications that meet the new and on-going business needs across <em>the company</em></li> <li>Participation in tactical plan execution and contribution to long-range strategy development for the overall profitable business growth strategy of <em>the company</em></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong><u>Role Responsibilities:</u></strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Conduct weekly, bi-weekly or monthly telecons (as appropriate) with the Senior sites, monitoring upcoming and open bid activity, coordinating customer visits, reviewing action plans on open issues (performance, commercial, contractual), etc</li> <li>Investigate, understand and regularly communicate to <em>the company</em> all appropriate customer issues, especially involving new business opportunities, competitor actions, strategic plans, supplier issues, acquisition opportunities, etc</li> <li>Facilitate customer communications by ensuring appropriate levels of openness, accuracy, timeliness, and sensitivity to improve customer perceptions towards <em>the company</em></li> <li>Facilitate overall customer relationship building, participate in major proposal development, submittal and follow-through, provide creative solutions / alternatives to meet customer requirements while ensuring the profitable growth of <em>the company</em></li> <li>Participate in <em>the company</em> long range planning and tactical execution for profitable business growth at their specifically-assigned customer(s)</li> <li>Effectively interface with all <em>the company</em> site CEOs and executive management and regularly provide customer-related inputs, advice and counsel</li> <li>Facilitate <em>the company</em> internal communications to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness in relation to their specifically-assigned customer(s)</li> <li>Develop and present profitable growth strategy recommendations for their assigned customer(s) to <em>the company</em> site CEOs and executive management</li> <li>Ensure that <em>the company</em> site CEOs and executive management are fully aware of both the financial liabilities and opportunities at specifically-assigned customer(s)</li> <li>ubmit weekly status reports to Divisional VP of BD</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong><u>Qualifications:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelors degree from accredited University, Masters Degree preferred</li> <li>Demonstrable experience in aerospace customer relationship management, including but not limited to formal proposals, negotiation team participation, execution of pursuit plans, on-site support, ex-customer employee, etc</li> <li>Demonstrable ability to effectively influence and motivate non-direct report teams on new and on-going business issues at their specifically-assigned customer(s)</li> <li>Extensive direct knowledge of specifically-assigned customer(s)</li> <li>Ability to anticipate, identify, and resolve complex inter-personal and inter-organizational issues</li> <li>Strong oral, written communication, and presentation skills</li> </ul> <p> Should you be interested in this position please send your CV and we will contact you for an initial confidential discussion.</p>
