<p><strong>&nbsp;Aircraft Maintenance Project Engineer and Estimator</strong></p><p>CAE Parc Aviation is exciting to announce, we are now seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Project Engineer and Estimator to join our Clients Part 145 Maintenance and Repair Organisation (MRO). This position is based in Hampshire.</p><p><br />Working as part of a small team, liaising closely with both the Base Maintenance and Commercial Departments, this role will be responsible for:</p><ul> <li>The assessment of Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins and Repair Service Requests for aircraft on base, liaising with the Customers and other relevant third parties to ensure all contracted aircraft are compliant at the completion of maintenance</li><li>The assessment of damage to aircraft to determine the appropriate repair procedures, providing Base Maintenance with full information including parts and locations.</li><li>Generating competitive estimates for all commercial requests for quotations, work scopes and repair schemes, within Company guidelines and evaluating and protecting those estimates.</li></ul> <p>The successful candidate would need to demonstrate the following skills, knowledge and experience:</p><ul> <li>Demonstrable experience within a Part 145 MRO environment, ideally within a similar role</li><li>Excellent working knowledge of Boeing 737 and 757 and Airbus A320 Aircraft.</li><li>Ability to understand and translate drawings</li><li>Excellent knowledge of EASA, CAA and FAA requirements within a Part 145 MRO environment.</li><li>Excellent IT literacy including all Microsoft Packages.</li><li>Experience of Envision (Rusada) software would be highly desirable</li><li>Have a progressive work attitude and able to use initiative to get a job done&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent team player with ability to liaise with different departments to achieve a common goal</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li></ul> <p>The role is offered on a full-time basis with normal working hours being 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.<br /><br /></p><p>If you meet the above criteria and wish to be considered for this opportunity then apply today.</p><strong><br /></strong></p>
