About this role
<p><strong>Senior Flight Operations Officer</strong></p> <p>On behalf of our reputable client, a leading business aviation company, we are searching for a <strong>Senior Flight Operations Officer </strong>to join the business in Zurich on a permanent basis.</p> <p>The client requires an experienced <strong>SFOO </strong>to schedule planning and arrangements in cooperation with the charter sales team and the owners’ representatives.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>ATC and airport slots, weather and airfield (NOTAM and performance) assessments</li> <li>Scheduling of crew, arrangements of crew visas and airline positioning flights, hotel and ground transport reservations</li> <li>Preparation of relevant documents for crew briefings</li> <li>Keeping the crew, the customers and the service providers informed about all flight and duty related matters</li> <li>Post flight record keeping, invoice processing and related administration</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Fluent in English, knowledge of German is advantaegous</li> <li>Previous experience as a Flight Dispatcher or Operations Centre Controller</li> <li>Exact and punctual work attitude with solution minded thinking while staying flexible</li> <li>Able to remain calm under pressure and efficient decision making</li> </ul> <p>If you are interested in this opportunity and are either located in Zurich or are willing to relocate, then please contact Emma Race.</p> <p><strong>A little about us…</strong></p> <p>Resource Group is a recognised global leader and trusted provider of resourcing and recruitment services with operations worldwide.
