<p>Zenon is delighted to be commissioned by one of the UK’s Premier FBO &amp; Maintenance Repair Organisations to source a Technical Services Representative on a permanent basis for their facilities based in Stansted.</p> <p>As the Technical Services Representative you will support and assist the Technical Services Manager (TSM) with the coordination of aircraft maintenance input planning, customer coordination and work package creation whilst also maintaining a high level of Technical Service to the shop floor and our customer with regards to aircraft technical queries.</p> <p>Main Duties and Responsibilities:-&nbsp;<br /> • &nbsp; &nbsp;Interact with our customers at a high standard with regards to maintenance input planning ensuring that the requested work scope is received, understood and translatable into a tangible work package<br /> • &nbsp; &nbsp;Engineering work packages upon determination of the customers’ requirements<br /> • &nbsp; &nbsp;Identification and requisitioning preload spares and services requirements in anticipation of the aircraft's schedule<br /> • &nbsp; &nbsp;Implementation of the aircraft pre-arrival stage planning<br /> • &nbsp; &nbsp;Reviewing and identification the approved maintenance data requirements ensuring these are furnished to the shop floor and vendors when required.<br /> • &nbsp; &nbsp;Reviewing and implementing the aircraft input task hours in line with the company directive<br /> • &nbsp; &nbsp;Supporting the certifying staff through the return to service stage of an aircraft maintenance input<br /> • &nbsp; &nbsp;Liaising with our approved vendors for the arrangement of bought out services<br /> • &nbsp; &nbsp;Identification and proactively resolving critical path issues which could affect the aircraft input schedule<br /> • &nbsp; &nbsp;Proficient review and completion of the aircrafts library, e.g Technical Log, Deferral Log etc. during an input and upon release to service<br /> • &nbsp; &nbsp;Understanding and embracing department and company improvement strategies<br /> • &nbsp; &nbsp;Pro-actively identify opportunities to develop departmental and company procedures<br /> • &nbsp; &nbsp;Providing accurate and detailed aircraft technical service to support hangar maintenance activities<br /> • &nbsp; &nbsp;Undertake projects and any other reasonable tasks as and when required by the Technical Services Manager<br /> • &nbsp; &nbsp;Comply with Company Health, Quality and Safety procedures</p> <p>Minimum Skills and Experience:-</p> <p>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Aircraft related qualification either a recognised Modern Apprenticeship, University graduate degree or EASA Part 66 B1/2 license.<br /> • &nbsp; &nbsp;Strong corporate aircraft technical experience within a Technical Services and/or Planning Department.<br /> • &nbsp; &nbsp;Knowledge of aviation regulatory requirements.<br /> • &nbsp; &nbsp;Experience with aircraft technical records<br /> • &nbsp; &nbsp;Experience working with Aircraft Operators and or Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisations</p> <p>Desirable</p> <p>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Hands-on aircraft maintenance experience within an EASA Part 145 environment<br /> • &nbsp; &nbsp;Aircraft maintenance input project management skills<br /> • &nbsp; &nbsp;Experience working within a CAMO airworthiness planning role</p> <p>Why Choose Zenon Aviation?</p> <p>In the ever-changing and dynamic marketplace, Zenon Aviation knows that the support and care we provide to candidates is vital in assisting you in achieving your career aspirations.
