About this role
<p>We have been commissioned by a well known operator to source an Risk Analyst on a permanent basis for their facility based in East Midlands</p> <p> </p> <p>Our client is searching for a self motivated individual who gets it right first time whilst demonstrating passion in their work and has a “Can Do” spirit.</p> <p> </p> <p>The responsibilities of this position is to provide advice and support to line managers so that they can fulfil their aviation safety responsibilities and implement the company’s aviation safety management system into their areas of responsibility.</p> <p> </p> <p>Benefits</p> <p>Competitive Salary </p> <p> </p> <p>The Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of primary safety legislation, regulations and codes of practice.</li> <li>Understanding of and ability to undertake and facilitate risk assessments.</li> <li>Day-to-day management of the airline’s occurrence reporting system and occurrence reporting database</li> <li>Experience of conducting investigations into incidents and hazardous occurrences. </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>The Person:</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Excellent communication skills both written and oral (e.g. report writing, briefing and presentation skills).</li> <li>Good influencing and persuading skills.</li> <li>Ideally strong analytically with experience of data analysis, providing statistics and producing reports </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Why Choose Zenon Aviation?</p> <p>In the ever changing and dynamic market place, Zenon Aviation knows that the support and care we provide to candidates is vital in assisting you in achieving your career aspirations.
