The environment we provide those services in is changing! New global trends and advances in technology mean we can, and must transform how we deliver Air Traffic Control. The key to our transformation will be introducing new skills and procedures to ensure we continue providing our customers with exceptional safety, resiliency and efficiency.&nbsp;</p> <p>This newly created role will see you reporting to our General Manager, Air Traffic Services. You will be accountable for our overall national capability for achieving consistent and co-ordinated delivery of service line performance from both our Auckland and Christchurch centres. This will include the integration of new sector services to ensure the required business plan outcomes are accomplished and determining new business models required to achieve Airways targets.</p> <p>Ideally, your skill set will come from an operational background, preferably aviation with proven strong leadership experience. You will be an exceptional communicator and specialist in change management with a talent for working cross-functionally and be confident with designing and facilitating processes that enable teams and leaders to take ownership of change.
