You would be responsible for delivering Theoretical Knowledge training programmes in accordance with the Emirates Flight Training Academy standards and UAE GCAA ATPL requirements. You will actively support the integration of Ground School and Flight School, working with the training team to optimise the student experience. You will identify and initiate improvements, and show a drive to constantly raise quality standards.</p> <p><strong>Qualifications & Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li> 5+ years’ experience with relevant airlines flight Ops knowledge gained through pilot, flight engineer, dispatch qualification or flight navigator experience or 3 + years’ experience in the delivery of theoretical knowledge or advanced aircraft specific technical training .</li> <li> Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) with subject matter knowledge in at least 2 ATPL Theoretical knowledge subjects.</li> <li> Have delivered at least 1 complete course of ATPL Theoretical Knowledge instruction at a recognised Approved Training Organisation (ATO) or extensive experience in the delivery of theoretical knowledge training in an equivalent flight training organisation.</li> <li> Positive attitude with a passion for teaching in a multi-cultural environment</li> </ul> <p>Apply online using reference number 180001F.</p> <p><strong>To apply for this role, or for more information, please click the apply button. </strong></p>
