Our vision is to be the recognized global training partner of choice to enhance safety, efficiency and readiness.</p><p>CAE UK is seeking Full time A320 Flight Simulator Instructors to join their training department. Successful candidates will be passionate about teaching and excel in communicating their aviation knowledge and experience. With training facilities in over 30 countries, our instructors must be able to adapt their style to suit our diverse client base.</p><p><strong> Minimum Requirements </strong></p><p>- EASA licence</p><p>- Minimum 4000 hours total time</p><p>- Minimum 1500 with multi crew aircraft</p><p>- A320 type rating with SFI/TRI/SFE/TRE qualification</p><p>- Previous Instructor experience preferred but not essential</p><p>- Must have basic computer proficiency - Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and other internet based programs</p><p>- Other fleet opportunities (A330/A350/B737/E190) after qualifying period, some European travel and the opportunity to work at other centres worldwide from time to time</p><p><strong> Key Job Functions </strong></p><ul> <li>- Responsible for conducting pre and post flight simulator briefings in a thorough, professional manner and in accordance with CAE standards. <p>- Conducting each simulator session in accordance with the customers' Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) as required.</p><p>- Provide simulator flight instruction and examining for the issue of licenses, type ratings and authority renewals.</p><p>- Assist with courseware development in the training program to keep courses up to date, accurate and responsive to the client's needs and desires</p><p>- Completing the appropriate client training records accurately and comprehensively and some report writing</p><p>- Other duties as assigned</p></li></ul> <p>This is an exciting opportunity to work in a challenging and fast paced environment.
