ANS are delighted to be recruiting for a number of key senior positions; successful candidates will be joining ANS at a very exciting time in our growth and will be key contributors to our future success.</p> <p><u><strong>QUALITY AND STANDARDS EXPERT (GATWICK BASED) – REF: QSE</strong></u></p> <p>Reporting to the Head of Safety, Security and Quality it is the role of the Quality and Standards Expert to proactively maintain the appropriate management system frameworks that ensure compliance and quality standards are priorities for all teams and practices within the business. With responsibility for maintaining accurate and timely reporting, effective document control and robust internal auditing, under the standards as stipulated by the UK Regulator (CAA) and other governing authorities, this is a key role for ensuring the safe and compliant operation of the whole business. This role will develop effective relationships with all operational units supporting them to enhance their practices and service. Additionally this role will be a key liaison with external regulators and committees forging mutually beneficial partnerships.</p> <p>Candidates will have broad ATM experience, likely gained in an operational ATC role. They will need thorough ATM systems knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of process development, safety and quality standards and relevant regulation.
