<p><strong>Permanent - Flight Analyst - Start ASAP</strong></p> <p><strong>TARCG (The Aviation Recruitment &amp; Consulting Group LTD)</strong> are currently seeking a Flight Analyst&nbsp;to our client based in Luxembourg.&nbsp;</p> <p>Report to the Head of Revenue Management, Pricing &amp; Distribution the flight analyst is responsible for the optimisation of dedicated routes/segments to achieve the maximum revenue. The Analyst has a holistic overview about the market demand for the dedicated routes and knows/interferes in case of irregularities within the used Revenue Management System.</p> <p><strong>Overview</strong></p> <ul> <li>Start date - ASAP</li> <li>Term - Permanent&nbsp;</li> <li>Location - Luxembourg&nbsp;</li> <li>Salary - €50,000 - €55,000</li> <li>Working Hours - Monday to Friday - 6Hrs to 10Hrs per day</li> <li>Relocation package negotiable</li> <li>Great working conditions</li> </ul> <p><strong>Roles &amp; Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Set up and implement a strategy per dedicated route/segment agreed by the Head of Revenue Management.</li> <li>Analyse and manage the daily performance criteria and optimise the dedicated routes</li> <li>Long term and under-seasonal definition and management of the optimal share between Seat only, Tour Operator and Block space capacity as well as Tour Operator pricing in collaboration with responsible stake holders and Pricing</li> <li>Daily monitoring/comparison of Seat only and Tour Operator pricing to assure a maximum of competitiveness</li> <li>Assure accurate input of data in corresponding systems according to defined quality standards</li> <li>Development and management of agreements with other airlines in regards to revenue proration (Special Prorate Agreement), Interlining and Code-share (booking classes mapping)</li> <li>Interface to the Network department and Tour Operator for capacity and route adjustments; close collaboration with the commercial departments</li> <li>Responsible for budget estimations for dedicated routes and segments</li> <li>First point of contact for all matters regarding the Revenue Management, Pricing represent the interests of the Revenue Management at meetings between departments</li> </ul> <p>To be applicable for the role above, you must be able to evidence the following essential requirements.</p> <ul> <li>Be holder of a master degree in economics/finance/statistics/mathematics or have an experience as a Revenue Expert at least for 2-3 years</li> <li>Capability to set up persistent Revenue Management strategies taken into account various factors of influence</li> <li>Show strong synthesis, analytical thinking and be confident in working with reports and simulations</li> <li>Think and act entrepreneurial, be able to take calculated risk</li> <li> <p>Self-starting, independent and purposeful kind of working</p> </li> <li> <p>Solid understanding of market demand and competition behaviours</p> </li> <li> <p>Have an advanced command of standard office applications</p> </li> <li> <p>Show excellent communication skills in English&nbsp;</p> </li> </ul> <p>If this position is of interest and you would like for us to submit your information for approval, please Call Chantelle Creech&nbsp;on <strong>0044 (0)1392 241335</strong> at your earliest convenience.</p>
