About this role
<p>We have been commissioned by one of the UK’s largest providers of Aviation Security training to source an Aviation Security Compliance Manager on a permanent basis based in Southern Europe.</p> <p>Our client requires a dynamic, analytical and professional Aviation Security Compliance Manager to work alongside their existing team of compliance experts.</p> <p>Successful candidates must have the appropriate knowledge and experience of the application and assessment of ICAO and EU regulatory standards across the AvSec regime spanning access control, screening and patrolling. Furthermore, they will be able to demonstrate prior experience of assimilating knowledge of Appropriate Authority requirements within multiple countries.</p> <p>The successful individual will be able to demonstrate their ability to design, plan and implement audits, tests, inspections and surveys against international standards and produce board ready reports that provide an accurate assessment of the standards applied, areas of best practice, deficiencies, root cause analysis and recommendations for improvement.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>The development of audit and inspection programmes against regulatory standards for all areas of the aviation security regime.</li> <li>Audit and inspection of aviation security operations against regulatory standards.</li> <li>Production of post audit and inspection reports</li> <li>The development of rectification programmes with clear objectives</li> <li>The development and implementation of mentoring programmes to improve aviation security performance at team and individual level</li> <li>ICAO / EU1 qualified to undertake one or more of the following functions: Aviation Security Audit and Inspection, Airport Duty Manager, Cargo Duty Manager</li> </ul> <p>If the above opportunity is of interest to you and you want to work for a forward thinking organisation with a true global footprint please forward your CV to <a href="mailto:kevin.small@zenon.aero" rel="no-follow">kevin.small@zenon.aero</a> or call 01483 397383 for a confidential discussion.</p> <p>Unfortunately only short listed candidates will be contacted.</p> <p>Zenon Recruitment Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.</p>
