It could be your task to find, develop and retain the people who go beyond exceptional every day.</p> <p><b>What you'll deliver</b></p> <ul> <li>You'll be responsible for supporting assessment related activities such as psychometric test administration, assessment design, scheduling and data analysis</li> <li>You'll work with the Assessment Managers to enhance the organisation’s ability to meet strategic objectives through the design and delivery of assessment initiatives&nbsp;</li> <li>You'll conduct research to help identify new innovative processes and approaches to drive continuous improvement in the delivery of high quality assessment and development practices</li> <li>You'll support the evaluation of assessment initiatives to understand the validity and reliability of assessment tools and practices being implemented</li> <li>You'll produce reports related to assessment activities and outcomes through analyzing and collating information&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><b>What you bring</b></p> <ul> <li>You'll be educated to a Degree Level in Psychology or HR Management</li> <li>You should have at least 2 years’ experience within HR&nbsp;</li> <li>Advanced computer skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint</li> </ul> <p><b>Life at Dubai Airports</b></p> <p>Fast-moving and fast-growing, Dubai Airports is a business that’s all about delivering great airport experiences, 24 hours a day.
