This may be a diverse, complex business, but departments such as risk management,legal and quality assurance ensure agility prevails.<br /> <br /> <b>What you’ll deliver</b></p> <ul> <li>You’ll be responsible for creating and disseminating an excellence and quality-oriented thinking in the business by providing SME support to internal /external stakeholders while embedding excellence requirements in the day-to-day business</li> <li>You’ll be responsible in ensuring DA’s compliance to the unified action plan for excellence requirements and will own the resulting excellence submissions across DA</li> <li>You’ll be working closely with the internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely reports are released to the management and quality excellence submissions met</li> <li>In summary, you will be accountable to manage and coordinate all activities pertaining to excellence programs and submissions within DA</li> </ul> <p><b>What you bring</b></p> <ul> <li>You’ll have a degree in a discipline to business management with a professional qualification in excellence/quality management and compliance assessment</li> <li>You should have at least 5-7 years of experience in government excellence of similar scale and complexity with experience in quality management and ability to manage multiple projects</li> <li>You'll have a knowledge of standards / regulations / industry best practices/ benchmarking techniques</li> <li>Good understanding of excellence frameworks and related assessment methodology</li> <li>Stakeholder management skill is highly advantageous</li> </ul> <p><b>Life at Dubai Airports</b><br /> Fast-moving and fast-growing, Dubai Airports is a business that’s all about delivering great airport experiences, 24 hours a day.
