And our Corporate Planning team creates strategy so that we’re agile enough to respond in a fast-evolving industry.<br /> <br /> <b>What you’ll deliver</b><br /> • You will provide strategic leadership on matters relating to construction contracts and quantity surveying within the Delivery Business Unit to ensure that Dubai Airports commercial interests are protected across the project life cycle.<br /> • Provide day to day functional leadership over internal and external quantity surveying subject matter experts that enables Dubai Airports to achieve its developmental and strategic goals, extend pre and post contract including cost estimates, preparation of initial enquiry documents, tender negotiations, award, contract execution through to final account.<br /> • You will lead the development, expansion and upkeep of the Delivery cost database to facilitate informed project cost estimates, cost benefit analysis, project budget applications along with formulation of procurement strategies.<br /> <br /> <b>What you bring</b><br /> • You shall be educated to a degree level in a discipline related to Engineering, Construction, Quantity Surveying or Project Management<br /> • Project Management qualification such as PMP, PgMT, PMI or PRINCE 2.<br /> • Experience in leading pre- and post contract teams of quantity surveying SMEs.<br /> • Commercial and contractual management of Contractors and Suppliers, ideally within a Middle East construction environment.
