<p><strong>Manager of Air Traffic Services</strong></p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Senior Management Team as the Manager of Air Traffic Services, who will lead the dedicated ATS Unit at London Oxford Airport and London Heliport.</p> <p>You will be responsible for:</p> <p>The delivery of a safe and cost-effective operation by smartly optimising utilisation of the facilities, services and manpower. To support the ambitious plans at both sites by developing a team who can support the increasing flexibility that will be required. To lead, motivate, inspire, develop and coach the ATS team to deliver the highest possible standards of safety, service, compliance and skills competence.</p> <p>The postholder will possess outstanding communication skills, be a proactive leader who is confident, professional and capable of effective conflict resolution and delivery of relevant solutions that foster close team collaboration and engagement as part of our mission to deliver world class service to our customers in an aspiring centre of excellence.</p> <p><strong>Entry Requirements</strong></p> <p>To qualify for this role you must, at the time of application:</p> <ul> <li>Have held a recognised UK/EASA air traffic control qualification (ATC) (civil or military is acceptable)</li> <li>Have demonstratable experience of leading a successful team.</li> <li>Be fully familiar with CAP/EASA Air Traffic Regulations</li> <li>Possess a knowledge of LEAN / Six Sigma Practices and continuous improvement methodologies</li> <li>Have practical knowledge of CISM</li> <li>Hold a recognised and relevant Safety Management System qualification</li> </ul> <p>Please note a satisfactory background check will be required for this post.</p> <p><strong>To apply for this role, or for more information, please click the Apply button.</strong></p>
