<p><strong>About Heart Aerospace</strong><br /> Heart’s mission is to create the fastest, most affordable and sustainable mode of transport for regional travel. Our goal is to serve the market in every corner of the world.</p> <p>Our first aircraft is the ES-19, a nineteen-passenger airliner with an operating range of 400 km. The ES-19 is a fully electric aircraft, and our goal is to have the aircraft certified for commercial operation by 2025.</p> <p>Your place of work will be at our main office and hangar facility. This is located on Säve Flygplats in Gothenburg, Sweden. We’re in a very expansive phase and now is the time to join our team.</p> <p>Come help us write a new chapter in the history of aviation together!</p> <p><strong>Role Overview&nbsp;</strong><br /> The ES-19 aircraft will be an all-electric aircraft, with a conventional high-wing design optimized for regional flight operations. We are looking for senior level engineers&nbsp;across a broad range of disciplines&nbsp;to help us optimize the aircraft design. Responsibilities will be broad, and include design, development, testing and certification.</p> <p><strong>Your Qualifications</strong></p> <p>Heart Aerospace is looking for experienced engineers with the following core qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Graduate degree in Aerospace, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering</li> <li>Minimum 5 years experience in an aerospace technical domain</li> </ul> <p>Experience with at least one of the following engineering domains:</p> <ul> <li>Flight Sciences, including aerodynamics, performance and flying qualities</li> <li>Structural and&nbsp;airframe design</li> <li>Mechanical Systems, including landing gear, environmental control, and flight controls</li> <li>Propulsion Systems, preferably electrical propulsion systems<a name="_GoBack" rel="no-follow"></a></li> <li>Electrical Systems including power storage, power distribution, and lighting</li> <li>Avionics Systems including displays, communication, navigation and surveillance</li> <li>Experience with aircraft certification (EASA/FAA Part 23 or 25)</li> </ul> <p>We are a small, but fast growing organisation, and we highly value the following personal attributes:</p> <ul> <li>A passion for aircraft and Heart’s mission</li> <li>A high-level of proficiency in English (written and spoken)</li> <li>Excellent communication skills</li> <li>Eagerness to work with others in a team environment</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
