Maintenance Manager required in South East Asia

<p><strong>Job summary</strong></p> <p>We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to join the operation of one of our clients in South East Asia.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Managing and supervising all maintenance activities on aircraft and components.</li> <li>Ensuring that all maintenance is performed according to the regulation of the local CAA and the company safety and performance standards.</li> <li>Formulating strategies and objectives to be followed to ensure that the Departmental goals are effectively achieved.</li> <li>Planning and monitoring the annual maintenance operating budget.</li> <li>Verifying that the completion of maintenance projects is achieved in the stipulated times.</li> <li>Supervising, motivating and leading the Maintenance team.</li> <li>Providing clients with daily updates on aircraft maintenance status.</li> <li>Leading the departmental structure, the employee performance/training and planning. </li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>You have at least 10 years’ experience in the aviation industry.</li> <li>You have 5 years of experience leading large teams.</li> <li>You have worked in the Asian market.</li> <li>You hold an FAA maintenance license or equivalent.</li> <li>Holding a type rating on Global Express, CL604/605, G450, G550 or G650 is highly appreciated.</li> <li>You have a degree or above in Engineering.</li> <li>You are detailed minded and have a good understanding of financial literacy</li> <li>You have excellent management skills</li> </ul>
