The academy was established in 2005 and it educates primarily Air Traffic Controllers. Entry Point North is based at Malmö Airport, with customers and students all over Europe. You will be part of an international setting both internally as part of our organization and externally with clients who are often based outside Sweden. We are looking forward to welcoming you into our team of seven competent and positive colleagues.” – Andreas Fredriksson, Sales & Marketing Director</p> <p>As a Client Manager, your main responsibility will be to plan, execute and follow up on agreed customer plans and sales budget. You will be working in close collaborations with your colleagues, especially in our Development and Training departments, to secure customer satisfaction. Some of your other responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships</li> <li>Keep up to date on the development in the ATM industry</li> <li>Identify new sales opportunities, initiate action plans and secure new business for the company</li> <li>Report activity and progress through CRM system</li> </ul> <p>This role will require travelling to clients and our other EPN sites.</p> <p>You will be based at EPN HQ in Malmö-Sturup and report to Sales & Marketing Director.</p> <p><strong>Our offer</strong></p> <p>We offer a professional and international working environment with people from diverse backgrounds who collaborate to achieve results. To support this, we offer unregulated working hours and our active staff takes initiatives to a healthy lifestyle by joining the running club and going to our onsite gym.</p> <p><strong>Your background</strong></p> <p>We are looking for someone with:</p> <ul> <li>A broad knowledge of Air Traffic Management, preferably from experience as Air Traffic Controller, Pilot or similar</li> <li>Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written)</li> <li>Understanding and preferably experience in B2B-relations</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice-to-have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience from sales- or customer management in an international setting is a clear advantage</li> <li>Additional language skills</li> </ul> <p>In order to thrive in this role, you have a genuine interest in working with people and building professional relationships. You have high social competence and a diplomatic approach.
