<p>This is an exciting opportunity to join Luxembourg Air Rescue as a Storekeeper. Based in the Maintenance department you will have the following responsibilities.</p> <ul> <li>Select part and service suppliers based on operational needs (cost effectivity or TAT)</li> <li>Order parts and services as required (based on cost effectivity or TAT)</li> <li>Evaluate suppliers based on KPI’s (on time delivery, warranty cases) and /or supplier evaluations</li> <li>Handling of warranty issues and negotiation of warranty claims</li> <li>Managing the stock of spare parts, consumables and tools</li> <li>Handling of stock minima’s and inventory control</li> <li>Prepare and provide spare parts, tools and material to the maintenance department</li> <li>Inspecting delivered components and goods, in regard to the related documents, packing and condition</li> <li>Being responsible for all shipments of components (exchange, repair, overhaul, AOG parts support)</li> <li>Ensuring regular reporting to the Maintenance Manager</li> <li>Participate in audits (EASA, ISO)</li> <li>Crosscheck of purchase orders versus invoices</li> </ul> <p><u><strong>Requirements:</strong></u></p> <p><strong>Qualifications & Knowledge</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ideally, you have at least 5 years’ experience in an aircraft maintenance environment;</li> <li>Knowledge of logistics & supply chain and procurement is required</li> <li>Capacity to understand technical matters</li> <li>Knowledge of EASA & dangerous goods regulation is an asset</li> <li>Being computer literate (MS-Office, AeroTrac or other store management IT tools)</li> <li>Fluent in English (mandatory); Luxemburgish, German and/or French are considered as an asset</li> </ul> <p><strong>Professional & Social Skills</strong></p> <ul> <li>Good communication skills & team spirit</li> <li>Able to work in accordance with procedures & standards specified in a highly regulated environment</li> <li>Working independently & acting in a responsible manner</li> <li>Being flexible & open to a versatile work environment</li> <li>Being able to cope with pressure & respecting deadlines</li> </ul>
