About this role
<p><u><strong>Job summary:</strong></u> </p> <p>Brookfield is looking for Flight Dispatcher Manager/OCC Manager on behalf of our client to contribute to company development.<br /> <br /> <u><strong>Airline profile</strong></u>: cargo charter operations - maintenance </p> <ul> <li>Contract period: 3 years renewed</li> <li>Remuneration: USD12000/m</li> <li>Leave entitlement 30 Working Days pa</li> <li>Leave Travel Allowance Round trip to/from point of recruitment, economy class or cash equivalent for self, spouse & registered dependent children under 18 once per year.</li> <li>School fees: 1st child 100%, 2nd child 50% for children resident in Bahrain</li> <li>Medical Insurance: For self, spouse and dependent children under age 18.</li> <li>Life insurance: Self only up to USD200,000</li> <li>Visa For self and spouse until age 60 and dependent children under 18.</li> <li>Relocation Up to USD3500 each way (on actuals)</li> <li>Indemnity – 15 calendar days for each year of service up to and including year 3. Thereafter 30 days per year</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><u><strong>Requirements</strong></u></p> <p><u><strong>Education and/or Experience:</strong></u></p> <ul> <li>Holds a Flight Dispatcher License issued by an EASA or FAA</li> <li>Solid senior experience with aircraft operations </li> <li>High level of dispatch understanding about ANTR Ops 1 Subpart D <p> </p> </li> <li>Control centre management & dispatch skills at high competence</li> <li>Crew scheduling and flight planning systems electronically. Prefer cyberjet and PPS Flight Planning <p> </p> </li> <li>Extra qualification or technical/ business management skills</li> <li>Suppliers and customers dealing experience</li> <li>High level English</li> <li>Get along well with unscheduled/on-demand environment <p> </p> </li> </ul> <p><br /> <u><strong>Recruitment process:</strong></u><br /> Online test</p> <p>Phone interview</p> <p>Face-to-face interview<br /> Company background check <br /> Employer history reference check</p>
