Find your future with us.</p> <p><b><b>The Boeing Defense, Space &amp; Security (BDS</b></b>) is seeking a&nbsp;Manufacturing Technology Analyst.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;This Full Time Level&nbsp;2&nbsp; position is located in Berkeley, MO&nbsp;supporting composite fabrication on Second Shift for the 777X program.</p> <p><b><b>POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES</b></b></p> <p><b><b>Duties will include but not limited to:</b></b></p> <p>Gathers and supports the evaluation of technical data for specific projects requiring manufacturing engineering practices.</p> <p>Participates or manages projects using approved project management techniques.</p> <p>Initiates changes to supporting processes and related documentation.</p> <p>Provides low-level training on procedures and processes related to engineering and production.</p> <p>Assists in the development of production proposal activities.</p> <p>Provides technical and administrative assistance to meet regulatory, production and process requirements.</p> <p>Communicates with internal stakeholders to ensure products and services compliance.</p> <p><u><b>Work Authorization</b></u>:</p> <p>This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R.&nbsp; § 120.15 is required.&nbsp; "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.</p> <p><b><u><b>Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):</b></u></b></p> <ul> <li>Analyzes data to make recommendations on projects requiring manufacturing engineering practices.</li> <li>Manages projects using approved project management and/or best practices.</li> <li>Coordinates improvements in engineering designs, manufacturing processes.</li> <li>Creates or approves supporting processes and related documentation.</li> <li>Assists with consultation and training on procedures and processes related to engineering and production.</li> <li>Participates on product development teams and identifies producibility issues to maximize efficiency.</li> <li>Performs feasibility studies in support of product development.</li> <li>Performs technical and administrative activities to meet regulatory, production and process requirements in support of the manufacturing plan.</li> <li>Communicates with internal/external stakeholders to ensure products and services compliance.</li> <li>Responds to emergent need and works to bring swift resolution.</li> <li>Works under minimal supervision.</li> </ul> <p><b><u><b>Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):</b></u></b></p> <ul> <li>Experience in composite manufacturing</li> <li>Experience with MESci and Andon systems</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree preferred</li> <li>Experience with Union work force</li> <li>CATIA Experience Highly preferred</li> </ul> <p><b><u><b>Typical Education/Experience:</b></u></b></p> <p>Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience , 7 years' related work experience, etc.).</p> <p>Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.</p> <p>All information provided will be checked and may be verified</p> <p>Please apply ASAP for this role as recruitment may close before end</p> <p><br /> <b>Experience Level</b><br /> Individual Contributor<br /> <b>Job Type</b><br /> Regular<br /> <b>Contingent Upon Program Award</b><br /> No, this position is not contingent upon program award<br /> <br /> <b>Schedule</b><br /> Full time<br /> <br /> Boeing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
