About this role
<p>PROFIL: Mechanical Design Engineer<br /> Mission<br /> As part of research and development projects, participate in high-level design and offers of innovative aeronautical actuating systems.<br /> The collaborator will be in regular contact with CAD designers for detailed design.<br /> The various activities to be carried out will be:<br /> o Participation in architectural trade-offs concerning mechanical parts, and in particular on mechanisms;<br /> o Writing component specifications and subsets;<br /> o 3D prototype design;<br /> o The sizing of the system;<br /> o Technical monitoring of subcontracted mechanical elements;<br /> o The establishment of the requirements verification plan;<br /> o Tracking the validation of requirements.<br /> o Knowledge required<br /> Mastery of CATIA V5 software - 3D design module and stress analysis module.<br /> Knowledge of mechanical system design standards in the aeronautical and space sectors.<br /> Knowledge of finished element computing software (NASTRAN, SAMCEF) is a plus.<br /> In-depth knowledge of mechanisms, such as roller screws, gear trains, anti-rotation systems, etc. Travel: short missions to Europe<br /> Experience required<br /> The employee will have already participated in the establishment of two CDR datapacks of aeronautical equipment, including at least one set for Airbus (aviation), including at least one on equipment with a mechanism.<br /> Languages<br /> English required.<br /> French and/or Dutch.
