Quality Lead Auditor-Part Time

<p>Zenon is delighted to be supporting a very well established UK based operator in sourcing a Part Time Quality Lead Auditor on a permanent basis.</p> <p>Benefits:</p> <p>• Competitive Salary</p> <p>• 20 hours per week</p> <p>• Ability to work from home</p> <p>• Pension</p> <p>• Private Medical Insurance</p> <p>This position will allow the successful candidate to work from home but must be based within 2 hours travelling time of our clients HQ.</p> <p>The main objective of the position is to support the Part M Quality Manager in ensuring compliance with the relevant EASA and National Airworthiness regulation of the company and their associated Suppliers by the performance of Internal and External Quality Audits and oversight activities.</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <p>• Minimum five years experience working within the Aviation industry</p> <p>• Minimum two years experience working within the Quality and/or Compliance fields</p> <p>• Aviation Quality Assurance audit training and experience</p> <p>• Educated to at least A ‘Level or equivalent standard</p> <p>• Good working knowledge of relevant ICAO/EASA &amp; relevant National Aviation Authority regulations</p> <p>• A good understanding of Commercial Business Aviation</p> <p>• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.</p> <p>• Strong IT software understanding particularly Microsoft office packages.</p> <p>• Strong Analytical skills and the ability to produce statistical analysis to demonstrate trends.</p> <p>• Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative and with minimum supervision.</p> <p>• Resourcefulness, adaptability and high level of personal motivation and commitment.</p> <p>• Ability to balance a high workload with a broad scope effectively</p> <p>• Ability to work under pressure and to deadline</p> <p>• Ability to build strong relationships with personnel at all levels within the company and external clients and service providers.</p> <p>• Must be able to travel worldwide when required.</p> <p>• Must own a car and have a full driving license</p> <p>• A strong attention to Detail</p> <p>• Enthusiasm to continually monitor and question personal and team working practices to change and become more efficient as a result</p> <p>• A passion to improve the business</p> <p>• Excellent interpersonal skills</p> <p>• Excellent personal and workload management habits</p> <p>• The ability to prioritise tasks and continually assess and re-prioritise where appropriate</p> <p>Why Choose Zenon Aviation?</p> <p>In the ever-changing and dynamic market place, Zenon Aviation knows that the support and care we provide to candidates is vital in assisting you in achieving your career aspirations.
