Find your future with us.</p> <p>The Boeing Company is seeking a Mid-Level Instructional Systems Designer based out of Renton, WA.</p> <p><u><b>Position Responsibilities:</b></u></p> <ul> <li>Analyzes, designs, develops, implements and evaluates specialized pilot and maintenance training materials, assessments and programs</li> <li>Perform or comply with needs analysis to develop training programs and curricula. Partner with subject matter experts in the performance of Instructional System Design (ISD) tasks</li> <li>Evaluation of new instructional strategies, methods, technologies and tools related to instructional design, development and delivery for internal and external customers</li> <li>Uses technical and instructional writing skills to simplify complex learning objectives.
