How about working for The Boeing Company in El Segundo, California!</p><p></p><p>Boeing Defense, Space, and Security (BDS) is seeking a Mid-Level Procurement Analyst (Level 3) to join the Supply Chain team in El Segundo, California.</p><p></p><p><b>Position Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Defines, designs, plans and deploys internal/external projects.</li><li>Develops processes and tools to measure key performance indicators.</li><li>Extracts, analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance-to-plan.</li><li>Develops, documents and implements processes and systems in support of company goals.</li><li>Supports the development and implementation of strategies.</li><li>Identifies and implements improvements to streamline and automate process flows.</li><li>Distributes, updates and tracks procurement plans for supply chain integration and procurement analysis.</li><li>Assesses and reports compliance to internal/external stakeholders. Develops risk mitigation plan.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><b>This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. </b></b>(Ability to obtain interim and/or final clearance Post-Start.)</p><p></p><p><b>Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):</b></p><ul><li>Bachelors degree or higher.</li><li>More than 3 years of experience with Supplier Management or Procurement practices and processes.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):</b></p><ul><li>More than 3 years of experience preparing reports in support of data analysis.</li><li>More than 3 years of experience with COGNOS.</li><li>More than 3 years of experience in building and presenting plans or recommendations to executive leadership.</li><li>More than 3 years of experience with Supply Chain Planning.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><b>Typical Education/Experience:</b></b></p><p>Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.)</p><p></p><p><b><b>Relocation:</b></b></p><p>Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
