The company's commitment to diversity means providing a work environment for all employees that is welcoming, respectful and engaging, with opportunities for personal and professional development. </p><p></p><p>The Boeing Defense Space and Security (BDS) is looking for an <b><b>Associate Integrated Planning & Scheduling Specialist </b></b>position, to support the <b><b>Detailed Scheduling Baseline/Change Management</b></b> team based in <b><b>Tukwila, WA.</b></b></p><p><b><b>Position Responsibilities</b></b></p><ul><li>Prepares, develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes and maintains, integrated plans and schedules for proposals, projects, programs and major initiatives at all levels across functional value streams to meet program and/or project objectives.</li><li>Tracks, plans, schedules and performs risk analysis for projects, programs and change activities throughout the lifecycle of a program.</li><li>Performs studies/analysis and planning efforts, within and/or across programs/projects, organizations or business units to determine impacts, constraints and plans involving product development, production rates, process improvement, or program initiatives.</li><li>Develops the Integrated Master Plan, Integrated Master Schedule and supporting elements, and drives program planning through the Enterprise Gated Process in support of Program requirements and objectives.</li><li>Performs integration of program plans and schedules, horizontally and vertically, across company functional, product groups, suppliers and partners.</li><li>Identifies, analyzes and reports schedule performance variances.</li><li>Performs schedule-related risk and opportunity analyses and provides potential solutions to management.</li><li>Works with customers to develop performance recovery plans and incorporates in relevant documentation where appropriate.</li><li>Performs schedule, event and change impact analysis.</li><li>Oversees implementation planning for change requirements and ensures commitment of stakeholders.</li><li>Develops and posts planning, scheduling and change related metrics/reports.</li><li>Maintains disciplined revision control of all planning/schedule baselines.</li></ul><p><b><b>Export Control</b></b></p><p><b><b>This position must meet Export Control Compliance requirements, therefore a US person as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. US Person includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.</b></b></p><p></p><p><b><b>Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)</b></b></p><ul><li>Experience working with Microsoft Office Applications.</li><li>Experience working in a high-pressure environment to meet critical deadlines.</li><li>Experience working in a fast paced, collaborative team environment.</li><li>Experience building and maintaining professional relationships.</li></ul><p><b><b>Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)</b></b></p><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree or higher</li><li>Experience with managing and organizing multiple deliverables and deadlines with minimal direction</li></ul><p><b><b>Typical Education/Experience</b></b></p><p>Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience, 7 years' related work experience, etc.).</p><p><b><b>Relocation</b></b></p><p>This position is located in a location that does not offer relocation.
