We're passionate, focused and love what we do.</p><p>An opportunity exists for <strong>mid to senior level Test and Evaluation Engineers</strong> with a test and integration background to become part of the BDA Engineering Team. As an experienced test and integration specialist you will play a key role in supporting Airborne Early Warning &amp; Control (AEW&amp;C) capabilities and specifically, projects within the Ground Systems capability. </p><p>This role is based in <strong>Newcastle NSW</strong> (RAAF Base Williamtown) and falls within the Ground Systems team, developing and testing Mission Systems for the E7 AEW&amp;C Aircraft. If you haven't considered a job with us, there has never been a better time to start.</p><p></p><p><strong>Experience/Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><p>Tertiary or advanced qualifications in engineering, computer science or a similar technical discipline</p></li><li><p>Over 5 years' work experience in the relevant technical discipline</p></li><li><p>Experience working on complex technical programs particularly in the Verification and Validation phase</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated experience in developing and managing Interfaces (Physical, Functional, HMI) </p></li><li><p>Solid work history of conducting system analysis, test or quality assurance evaluations of systems and subsystems</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of requirements compliance tracking and reporting</p></li><li><p>Experience with software centric test, integration and evaluation processes on complex manufacturing or advanced technology projects</p></li><li><p>A track record with the preparation and implementation of formal test plans and test procedures</p></li><li><p>Experience in using the Rational Dynamic Object Oriented Requirements System (DOORS) for requirements management (Desirable)</p></li><li><p>Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet Defence security requirements. </p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Culture</strong></p><p>We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
