Joining us is a chance to make your mark, working with a diverse team that is united in pushing the boundaries of imagination and excellence.</p><p><strong>The opportunity</strong></p><p>We are seeking a <strong>Procurement Coordinato</strong>r based in <strong>Brisbane</strong> to support the Supply Chain Management capability and key business and project stakeholders. This opportunity will see you working with a team that employs the best talent to develop and deliver world class capabilities for some of the most advanced systems available.</p><p>As the Procurement Coordinator you will conduct purchasing and assist in the preparation of customer specific, basic charts and reports for procurement agents and management to support analysis and management of procurement elements (e.g., supplier cost, delivery, quality).</p><p><strong>This role involves the following key responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>As directed, complete routine procurement tasks for low value, noncomplex procurements and releases to previously negotiated strategic agreements.</li><li>Assist with data extraction and perform basic updates of databases for procurement agents, management and other customers to ensure data integrity and timeliness.</li><li>Assist in the collection, organization and provision of data from various computer systems and databases to procurement agents and management.</li><li>BDA requires all applicants to be able to demonstrate the following essential qualifications:</li><li>Previous experience in Purchasing and Supply Management.</li><li>Demonstrated high level of integrity and procurement ethics.</li><li>Ability to work independently and produce a high standard of work.</li></ul><p><strong>Desirable</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in using Oracle ERP.</li></ul><p>Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet defence security requirements.</p><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Flexible working options</li><li>Study assistance</li><li>Salary packaging</li><li>Employee Incentive Program</li><li>Global opportunities</li></ul>
