We are seeking technical professionals interested in working collaboratively across an interdisciplinary and multinational team.</p><p>BDA's Systems Engineering, Integration and Test (SEIT) Capability has an opportunity for an experienced <strong>Requirements Manager</strong> to support the development and integration of critical capability on our UK E-7 Airborne Early Warning and Control (AEW&C) program.</p><p>As a highly skilled Requirements Manager you will apply your extensive systems engineering knowledge and leadership ability to manage the BDA requirements baseline through the systems engineering lifecycle, integration, test verification and acceptance. In time you will have exposure and the ability to work on a number of other exciting programs and projects across the breadth of Boeing Defence Australia.</p><p></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Support the Engineering Manager in leading a team of systems engineers while holding overall BDA responsibility for UK E-7 AEW&C requirements and verification management</li><li><p>Drive integration of the BDA aspects into the BDS One Weapons System requirements verification and compliance activities.</p></li><li><p>Champion implementation of MBSE to deliver industry best practice architecture and definition</p></li><li><p>Support technical engagements (e.g. system reviews or integration events) within Boeing, with our industry partners and our Customers</p></li><li><p>Help grow and develop the proficiency for management of requirements within the SEIT capability, and more broadly across BDA, through development and delivery of training, providing technical mentoring and implementing process improvements</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Experience/Qualifications</strong></p><p>Beyond an unwavering passion to learn, contribute and help others, we are after future team mates who have:</p><ul><li><p>A tertiary degree with a minimum of 10+ years' experience in a technical discipline</p></li><li><p>Experience in delivering/integrating systems within a complex engineering project environment will be highly regarded</p></li><li><p>The ability to work independently across a wide range of tasks and competencies</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication skills that enable you to influence outcomes in a team environment</p></li><li><p>Experience with technical management of aerospace and / or defence projects highly regarded.</p></li><li><p>Experience with DOORS and MBSE highly regarded</p></li><li><p>Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet defence security requirements, and have the ability to obtain and/or maintain a national security clearance</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul><li><p>Work on innovative, complex, technology products which contribute to ensuring world class defence capability</p></li><li><p>Enjoy and contribute to a positive team culture across a diverse, passionate, and inclusive organisation</p></li><li><p>Be supported to grow and develop your career with extensive training and development opportunities</p></li><li><p>Work under flexible arrangements to support your own personal needs</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>How to apply</strong></p><p>View the full Position Description and apply now.</p>
